Mr. Poloni has 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and corporate management on projects in South, Central and North America. He has held director and senior officer positions in a number of TSX Venture listed companies, providing exploration management, SOP's and corporate governance. He is currently President of both JCMP Management Corp. and Auranita Resources Corp.

Mr. Healey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from the University of Wales (1968) and is a licensed professional geologist. He began his career with International Nickel Company (now Vale Limited) before going on to work with Cameco Corporation, one of the world's largest uranium producers. Most recently, Mr. Healey served as President & CEO of Titan Uranium Inc., a Tier 1 TSX-V listed company.

Mr. Morrison received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2004 and completed the Canadian Securities Course in 2008. Since then he has been a self-employed consultant working in the area of public company administration. Mr. Morrison currently serves and has previously served as a director or chief financial officer of various publicly traded issuers.

Mr. Tsoutsis brings over 20 years of experience in finance, capital markets, and the development, restructuring, and financing of venture capital companies. He has served as an investment advisor at Mackie Research, Jordan Capital Markets, and Canaccord Capital Corp., and currently serves as CEO of M3 Metals Corp.
